In a nutshell, no. You would have to swap pretty much the entire dash assembly (and the console, so it fits right). and convert the speedometer input from mechanical to electrical.

Can it be done, yes. But not easily.

You will have to swap the whole dash, however if you use a pre-85 Firebird cluster, you can use the mechanical speedo. Firebirds went to an electrical setup in either 85 or 86.
