B&M Megashifter

I was wondering what the fit and form of a B&M megashifter was. How do they look in our cars and how do they fit? What dod we keep original in the cnter and what do they have thats included that helps convert it to fit a 3rd gen console?

Pics would be appreciated if anyone has osne

What do you have to do to convert the shifter plate? What about the ash tray?

Whats missing from this used one on evilbay? Should I already have the bracket he speaks of if Ive got a driving car thats stock shifter?

i belive it is missing the shift lever that bolts to the trans
