T-top head liner

T-top head liner

i removed my head liner to recover it. found it has a crack it it and droops on the driver side what is the best way to reinforce the head liner so it wont break in two. and recover with new felt ? thanks

The first t-top headliner I removed broke into 2 peices right in the middle and I used fiberglass cloth to put it back together with some 3m spray addhesive both for the fibergalss cloth and for the fabric.

how do you get the inside corners to cover right? i cant seem to get it in the corners and stay? the foam is to tight to get in the corner. any pics on how to cut it right?

No pics, but you want to do a tab type thing, so its not jsut one cut on the corner, but a few cuts. So that way you can get the cloth fto fold over and not need to stretch to adhere. I can do a image to demonstrate if need be.

Use pie cuts for any inside and outside radius. If it's a compound radius, no cuts should be necessary.
