ls1 interior swap

Im just wanting to know if anybody has done a full interior swap putting 4th gen interior into a 3rd gen. How much work is involved in doing the swap and is it possible.

Have seen it done in a second gen, not a third - yet

You are talking 'bout a lot of work with the dash

And morphing part of the 3rd and 4th gen doorpanels

If you have the determination, anything can be done

first take a measurement of width from the inside and see if the third and fourth gens are compatible, to start

Well... I got the dash, seats, and seatbelts in. No problems there. My buddy TJ has the dash, seats and also door panels. Heres pics of mine so far.

check page 2 of the interior forum. it has some info on my 4th gen door panels.
console is a no brainer, dash is a bit of work. door panels are a PITA if you want them to look factory. all in being creative. if you dont have good creativity, dont do it.
