serous question. I know that the dashboards from all the thirgens are swappable, firebird to camaro or whatever, but is the ugly *** fiero dash replaceable with one of the more beautiful 3rd gen ones?

 

are you talking the entire dash, or the dash pad? Dash pads are not interchangeable from Camaro to Firebird. I'm pretty sure they wont be interchangeable with a Fiero either.

 

I'm sorry, but wow, that question... If you want to do a direct swap, no, Fieros are far too small... But you know what they say: Money makes anything possible...

 

Putting a dashpad from a thirdgen would be even worse. It wont fit properly at all and would look horrible. 4thgen dashes however go into fieros quite nice but with some fab work and much more then we have to do to swap them into our cars.

 

i don't know , but the young man did ask about " dashboard " not dashpad . i think he might asking about inst. cluster . IDK ???

 

I think the young man in question needs to find a fiero site to ask these mod questions.

i was curious about this and had measured both car's dashes (had 2 of them next to eachother in a junkyard). I believe the difference was 3", with the f-bodies being wider. It was enough to require some serious hacking.
