Is it a cloth seat? If it's really dirty with a cloth seat, I'd pull out the seats and carpet and pressure wash them. You will not believe the dirt that comes out, even with just water. After the water starts running clear, I spray on straight Simple Green and scrub with a brush and then pressure wash until no more foam comes out. Hang the carpet and let the seat drip dry. This may take a couple of days to dry and will dry MUCH faster done in hot weather. You'll be shocked by how clean you can get stuff this way. I've turned coffee and pop stained seats to almost new condition after pressure washing. Some light colored carpets will have a little yellowing in high traffic areas that you can't get out.

Some cautions: Make sure the fan on the pressure washer is set to a wide setting and don't get too close (about one foot at closest). Make sure the carpet an padding is dry before installing. The seat can go in damp, but don't roll the windows all the way up until you are sure everything is all the way dry.

It's not really leather. They are cloth seats. I'd try one of the foaming aerosol interior cleaners that comes in a steel can. Here's a thread I found about this very subject.

Lint brush, lint roller, or Masking tape?
