does anyone rebuild or make new window motors mine are real slow

New switches, or brushes help a lot.
But yes, these aren't fords or mazdas or something. GM is cursed with crappy power windows (at least in this era)
you can buy new ones, $140 or so each. However cleaning and new brushes will accomplish the same thing.
