3rd Gen Seats

What do you all like about the 4th gen seats so much? I had a 98 with power fake leather seats and the seats in my 91 are so comfortable compared to them, you can really sink back into them.

LOL, Imagine what thats like in a place that has REAL heat! (Arizona) I still like black leather for mine. (To minimize frying of the back and buttocks, I also use remote starters on mine, so the A/C can help cool the car down.) It all depends on your shape. for me, the 4thgen seats are more comfortable.

Re: 3rd Gen Seats

Third Gen's seats are pretty cool. I especially like the GTA's rear splits with the head rests.

Re: 3rd Gen Seats

I would also think some people think its easier to get a set of nice 4th gen seats rather than trying to do something with worn 3rd gen seats.

Re: 3rd Gen Seats

thats kinda the reason i got my 4th gen'ers...i mean i liked my 3rd gen T/A seats, but they started tearing from being beaten by the sun, they were stained...they just werent looking too great...for like 300 (i know, i got beat on the price lol) i got some cloth 4th gen 98 T/A seats...i like them, i think they look good too. but thats myown opinion, theres plenty goin through this board and if anyone wants some beat old T/A seats, you can have mine lol...just throw me a couple bucks plus shipping lol...they just need to be re-covered

heres my 3rd gen ones and my 4th...i like them, im not forcing anything upon anyone

NEW

again, my own opinion...but i think they look pretty good lol....thats as far inside as i'll go with 4th gen though, idont like the 4th gen dash, center console, or door panels. i think when you get to that point, might as well just get a 4th gen cuz youre just trying to make your 3rd look like it
