How can I adjust my seat (when sitting, leans to the left)?

Hi All,

I recently purchased an 87 Iroc with the six-way power seat. It does have some miles on it, so I didn't expect these flimsy seats to be perfect. However, it is quite uncomfortable, especially since when I am sitting in the drivers seat, I feel that my body is leaning toward the door, instead of being centered.

This is felt more on the bottom cushion. The top cushion, other than being too far tilted back, is centered.

Any way to adjust the bottom cushion on a power seat frame?

Thanks in advance!

if it's the seat bottom more than the back, is the foam worn more on that side? there really isn't an adjustment for it. Either the seat frame is tweaked or the foam wore excessively and unevenly. Seat swaps are very easy though, only 4 bolts and 1 wiring harness connection for the power seat track.

The problem may have more to do with the power seat track than with the cushion. Try raising the seat all the way up (you may find that the low side will keep going until it matches the high side).
