Is there a difference between Camaro/Firebird dash pads?
Just wondering, is there a difference between the dash pads on Camaros and Firebirds and if so what is it?

Yes, as well as the difference between 82-84 pads compared to 85+.
The early ones has a "stitching along the front edge...
Camaros has the dash speaker as part of the pad, some (all?) 'birds had separate speaker covers...
I believe the 'bird ones are SLIGHTLY deeper too, glass to dash edge
Camaro ones had a sorta notch in the center, for center dash vents
AFAIK, they are NOT interchangeable, between 'bird & Camaro.

speaker grills are different, not sure about anything else
i do know the both crack like crazy on 90% of our cars
