GTA's power seats (power box & functionality issues)

Recently found the box that puts out air to inflate the side bolsters on GTA's seats. I hooked it up (power and the air hose) and after replacing the fuse, the thing even seems to work (that is, it does put out air).

One problem is that the lumbar seat doesn't inflate on either seat. On the passenger's side, you actually feel a small draft coming from the bottom of the seat when you try to use the controls, so I guess there's a leak or an improper connection.

This is a small matter, but since I currently have a decent working environment, I thought if there's something I could do to check the hoses. Does the plastic on the rear of the seat somehow come out? Do I have to remove the entire seats - and if so, is that a big deal?

Also, I couldn't find the place where the power box should be. I know it's proper location is under the driver's seat but couldn't find any place for screws or anything neither on the floor or on the seat itself. Do you have it mounted somewhere and if so, which way does it go?

The screw holes may be hard to locate but they are there.

As for the bolster issue, we'll you've solved your own question here. Its an air system and you have a leak. The only thing to do is to take the seats out and inspect the hoses for leaks. If you feel no leaks in the hose, then it could be the bladders in the seats that have cracked. If thats the case, I'm not sure where to get replacements for those, i've never torn a Ultima seat apart before.

Any idea if they're on the seat itself, in the rails or on the floor? Near the front or back, left or right? Anything would help. Even if I don't find the leak, it would be nice to get the part in place. Perhaps next Winter, when the car stays in the garage, I'll take out the seats and see what I'm dealing with.
