How to remove rear cargo shade?

How to remove rear cargo shade?
I have gutted all the interior with an exception to the hatch area, can't figure out how to get the cargo shade, poll, and assembly out without destroying it. Any advice? The one I have is in perfect condition and I'd rather be safe than sorry here. Thanks.

It's spring loaded,simply push one end toward the other end and lift it out.
