87 FB Shifter Swap - Console Messed Up? Help!
Buying a 1987 Bird, dealer sent it out to have automatic shifter swapped out because of sticky button.
Looked at it last night and the console is now bulged out around the shift plate.
Is this common? Can it be fixed easily?
Example: Just saw a car for sale here with screws holding the console together.. Will ad picture.
