The SEARCH feature, here on TGO, can do wonders for you.
Here is JUST ONE such result.... https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/inte...-pad-less.html
It is a VERY common problem with 3rd gens.

Re: camaro dash
Honestly you're best bet is either pay the money for a new reproduction or to watch here and ebay etc. for a non cracked original.
IMO none of the fixes look good.

Re: camaro dash
i would be very careful on what you put on your dash. the dash in my firebird was starting to crack and i was told to clean it with water and there is a product to fill the crack with.. and in the long run it just made it crack more. my advice is to buy a new dash pad. there easy to replace.

Re: camaro dash
Oh and never never never use Amor All on your dash pad! If you do it will just be a matter of time till it does crack and how much, not if it will.
Re: camaro dash
oh no mines not bad at all like those one, you cant see the crack until you get really close to it. i think i can just clue it togther.
its on the curved part by the vent that hits the side glass, i think someone hit it getting in or out of the car. its not bad enought to repalce or sand down and repaint.

Don't put anything on your dash but water. Chemicals is reproted to be the reason why these pads crack.
To my knowledge I have not seen a good fix for these other than replacement.

Re: camaro dash
Welcome to the crowd; this is unfortunately a very common problem with 3rd gens. All 3 of mine have been cracked when I got to them so I know your pain.
