Thats good news, then I'd say they would fit in a thirdgen with a tad bit of work.

Re: 04 GTO seats

These look very much like the seats I've got in my G8. GM's Holden division definitely knows how to make a nice looking, comfortable seat. Worlds of difference from my 3rd gen's.

Re: 04 GTO seats

I love my GTO seats (in my GTO, not 3rd Gen)

I think you just need to get a custom bracket made for them to fit, and will have to do some wire trickery. Just a word to the wise: these things are heavy. They are around 65 lbs a piece.

So much for my weight reduction, gotta be comfortable though

I should be able to make them work. Its between 4thgen Camaro/Trans am seats, racing seats, and these. So many options, so little brain capacity lol.

Re: 04 GTO seats

Well, they sure as Hell are comfortable.

Like I said, they are heavy. The seat motors are on the slow side, as well.

However, they are great seats for parking your *** in.

Any plans on getting rid of the "GTO" stitching? Or are you going to cross it out and write "Z28" on top with a Sharpie? lol

Re: 04 GTO seats

I'd get a junkyard set and have them recovered

Re: 04 GTO seats

I've got a 2005 GTO. So I know how comfortable those seats are. I've also had third gen and fourth gen cars. The GTO seats are hands down some of the most comfortable vehicle seats out there.

Re: 04 GTO seats

just put the 3rd gen seat rails on them. Unless you want to make new holes on your floor pan for the GTO rails...
