help guys.. I am having a problem fitting my 5in tach w/shiftlight on my ta with a digital dash.. cant find a place that it would look good besides on the dash itself..and I really dont want to drill through my dash..If anyone has a digital dash ta and a 5in tach.. could you shoot me some pics of where you have yours mounted.. thanks

 

I don't have a digital dash but I mounted my tach on the radio pod on the passenger side facing me (the driver)...

This pic really makes it seem that the tach is in the passenger's way. But it sticks out as much as the swing out cupholder on the center console...

 

that dont look to bad..I have the same center console, I thought it would be to much in pass. way.. but looks like there is enough room..thanks

 

that looks soo akward. i mean it looks nice and it if works for you thats cool. but it seems like you gotta creek your neck to look at it....unless you just use your perifeal vision??

Its no different than looking down at the radio. Besides, I mainly use it for the shift light since my stock tach is not "too" far off...

 

thats why I gotta get this in..I noticed that when I had this tach on my Iroc with my msd that the stock tach was off..putting on my msd and want to make sure I am shifting where I want..

here is where I ended up putting it.. and Its out of the passengers way..

 

looks pretty good. I think the only reason I didn't go with that location is because I still use the map pocket. why is the tach at 10krpm?

 

actually I can still use it..the back just barely touches it..
