question on berlinetta over head console

Car: 1984 Camaro berlinetta

Engine: LG4 305

Transmission: 700-R4

Axle/Gears: 3.08 open diff

question on berlinetta over head console

i just picked up an 84 berlinetta and it has two scrole things on the upper console. what are there function? looks like a planner or date reminder of some sort?

Just goofy little reminder spools (they rotate to offer various choices).
