only fuel meter is working, none other gauge is working ! big problem ?

Engine: 305 ( LSX swap soon )
Transmission: 700r4 ( T-56 swap soon )
Axle/Gears: What ever gear that come in 88 iroc
only fuel meter is working, none other gauge is working ! big problem ?
here is wat gauge work and wat not.
RPM: Not working
Speed : out of wack
Coolant temperture: Not working ( but it did have an after market one install )
oil pressure : do not work
when im driving I dont know what rpm and wat speed im at, the last owner swap in a pontiac trans am 6.6l engine.
All I really need is RPM and speed working,
