Ive decided to remove my 1987 automatic console and replace it with one that has cupholders. Has anyone done this? Which console did you use to replace it with? Thanks

I was told that the 97-02 firebird/camaro 6 speed console will work. I want to verify this before buying it.

I just saw the sticky on the mods...thanks but if anyone has done it I would be curious to know how it went. I am also putting in a B&M shifter.
