custom door panels

From: middle of nowhere between farms in New York
Car: 1987 pontiac firebird
Engine: 6.5 turbo diesel
Transmission: t56
Axle/Gears: Ws6 axle
custom door panels

what door other vehicles door panels can be modified to fit a third gen. i know the 4th gen door panels work. but i plan to use the 2nd gen dash and they wouldn't look rite. what else is there that can be made to look good?

do g-body door panels fit? how hard would it be to make them fit? has anyone ever tried to put them on an f-body before?

alot of people seem to like a modern look like the 4th gen stuff. but i like the way older cars look. and these i think would look good with the 2nd gen dash.

theres 2 issues i see with these panels tho. first the lock is on the top of panel. but you could probably create a lever or something to make it work. and the front of the top panel is angled. that also shouldn't be to hard to fix. does anyone know how close a g-body door is in size compared a f-body door?
