Broken Retractor

Broken Retractor

my seatbelt is completely pulled out and it wont retract anymore, its been liek this ever since i have it and im tired of it, idk what happened to it, but does anyone know how to fix this?

Same thing happened to me, it's very simple to unlock actually, but you will have to remove the headliner to get access to the roof retractor. Insert a flathead screwdriver inside the retractor so you can push the toothed wheel down, play with it a little (don't hesitate to push hard) till the belt retracts. Then don't EVER pull the seat belt completely, you need to pull it strong to lock it like that though.
