Re: rear cargo area speakers
May be better to post in the audio forum for this.I put my 6x9s on top of the sub box either side of my 12 inch subwoofer, and I dont use the 6x9s in the sail panels.Gives me good rear fill, without overriding the splits up front.I can post a pic if you want.
Cheers,Alicat.

Re: rear cargo area speakers
the panels themselves are not rigid enough to install speakers into and get a decent frequency response from. not really the best place to put them for accurate sound reproduction as well. any specific reason why you want speakers there?

Well I was going have te 6 x9 s where they are and the 4x6 in the dash and kick panel speakers put in. Along with a sub. Lie kick panel and 6x9 would be powered by an amp and the dash ones powered by the head unit. That leaves one more output on the head unit and I say it on a 4th gen so why not?

Re: rear cargo area speakers
I've always been a fan of keeping it simple. one set of GOOD fronts, a sub, and rear speakers if needed. that many speakers in your vehicle is not going to sound good. If you want loud, just get better front speakers and more powerful amps. you're going to be fighting with trying to balance everything out with levels and its going to end up costing you a lot of time and money for something that cannot sound good.
