hurst quarterstick

hurst quarterstick

got a hurst quarterstick from a buddy of mine he didnt give m einstructions and all i got was the shifter no new cables or anything. can i use the stock cable or do i have to get a new one and how can i install this. i want to kno the easiest way my friend thought it was just a unbolt and then rebolt thing but i dont think its that easy

What transmission do you have. If its is the 700R4 I dont think that hurst makes a 4 speed gate for the quarterstick. I have one too and Ihavent found a four speed gate. Kinda curious how you were going to mount it. Mine sits way down in the console and I cant hit the reverse lock out. Think I am going to have to make a raised piece. How were you going to mount yours
