So my interior is the last thing I will do....
I love the stock interior, its one of the things I love about 90-92 3rd gen Camaros.
My interior with some tlc would be perfect, the only thing that needs attention is re-doing the headliner that has a very good backboard and my driver seat rips. I have searched for around a year and a half for a replacement seat but in that time, one has come up and I was too late to get it. I do not wish to swap interiors to more normal colors. So my family told me about getting the seat re-done but then I said why not get all of it re-done while I am at it.
I want the stock style, nothing special added. I asked a friend of my fathers that had his Tahoe done and said he took it to mexico to get it done and cost him $750 to get it done in leather.
I figured locally it would be around the same price since it will just be the seats and headliner to be done. I also said if I do the headliner why not just get the aftermarket one since its gonna last longer but I have not seen leather versions.
So how much did it cost you guys to have your interiors redone if you have ever gotten it done? What would be the average price? I am willing to spend near a grand to get it done. Its gonna be one of the last things I do but I am gonna do it.
I have been suggested to swap to a 4th gen interior. Seats, Dash, Center Console, etc. I like the look and will fit in with my situation but its not for me.
What do you guys think.
