I don't have one, but I always thought a gated shifter (??) like the Lambo's and Ferrari's have.... a plate that would look like 2 E's back to back.... no boot so the stick would go into each arm of the E's for the gears....

I like the billet idea too. Im just installing a megashifter and it comes with its own shiftplate even tho you have to cut the stock one to fit this one on. Loooks good to me.

I dig the perf. leather shift boot. Might have to do something along those lines when I get to my interior.
