What are these called and where can I get new ones (door components)

I have had parts rolling along the bottom of my door, and I finally got around to looking into it:

The rubber im pretty sure is a "bump stop" that goes on the bottom of the window as it rolls down (i can feel the torn piece still attached). The window currently rolls down too far.

The other plastic I believe is a "glass retainer" that sandwiches the glass. The front of the glass is held in, but the back isn't, and seems the pin and plastic on the outward part have broken off.

Now I have looked, and looked, and looked, and cannot find ANYWHERE that seems to have either of these pieces. Maybe I have them named wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think the white retainer is only available with new glass (Comes attached) Do some searching, there are a few on here that have come up with a replacement for the bumper (IIRC, they used a bicycle brake pad.) Find that thread and you will find some other tricks for door rebuilding. I am in the process of trying to rebuild my drivers door as well.
