Re: Racing Seats

Stephen it's his mismatched english I think thats throwing you off. He said:

finally i have like the 3 demo there happy i never had it straight down i told u that before went u buy a harness that sheet is included there duh!!
I think when he said 3 demo he meant he has the thrid option in the pic the one that mounts to the seat lap mounting point in the rear passenger seat.
Which I still don't agree with as it's a very wide arc to be honest.

Just give up on him he's going to keep trolling as long as people give him attention. We've all given him the best advice we could if he wants to be stupid thats his agenda. I'll just give him the extreme "very extreme" benifit of the doubt and write it under this being a language barrier issue since his writing implies he can hardly write english I'll assume he barely reads it to.

Re: Racing Seats

Even that rear seat mounting point is skeptical to me, despite what Corbeau says. It may be in the Corbeau instructions (they are a retailer after all, and not responsible if things go wrong), but would it pass tech at a drag or autocross place? Better than nothing I guess & better than straight down, but I still wouldn't do it.

You do realize you haven't proved anything right?
You still haven't posted a picture of your harness installed your just saying what it is which already we've proven your word is mud so I must quote the old internet meme.
"Pics or it didn't happen"

Also please work on your english it is atroscious to say the least.
Latez is not a word. You run your sentences on with no (,) or periords (.) to break up what otherwise is a long run on sentece that makes no sense when read in it's entirety. Also whenever you say I the letter i is capatilized when by it's self.

I think you might have less problems if you work on your grammar and then people can read and understand you.

YOU proved NOTHING! *I* did the legwork for you!

And those are only instructions on how to mount it. You still have yet to prove your are mounted according to anything in the instructions. Kinda convenient how you couldn't say yours were mounted to the rear seat, until AFTER I posted a pic showing that.

Yeah.....Yours are mounted straight down. We all know that & your too scared to post a pic & admit it.

Kids these days.....No respect & full of big mouths through the internet.

I understand this is a forum and not a typing contest but what good is "communicating" if what your typing can't be understood by the person reading it. Completley defeats the point. So please keep up your grade school mindset while I just laugh and shrug you off.

You can clearly see that the harness does not attach per the instructions that Stephen posted.

All it will take is one simple picture from you to prove that you have it correctly installed.

I think everytime you post someone should just correct your horrible english so the others can at least take you maybe a small fraction more serious than they are now.
But even that won't save you face.

1BADZ28SD--

Interior looks good. Changing color or are you going to repaint original color?
Or are you only redoing the interior?

Is the design on the rear seat a Carbeau (sp?)? Hard to see on the iPhone.

The only thing I have to ask about the harness-- is that for street driving or for some type of auto-x, racing, or as someone said earlier, just for show pizazz?
Either way,

It's like a car wreck, you can't look away! lol!

I don't know how the mods are missing this thread, it's hilarious. I wish I was a moderator so I'd tell everyone to post up their OWN idea's in a different thread and lock this. Along with either sending this clown a strongly worded PM or just banning him altogether. Past members have been banned for less. He's even talking down to people now not to mention "hating" on cars he's never seen. He should sell the rest of the car to his "buddy" and go drive a prius.

Who knows.. Maybe he already does drive one and doesn't even own a camaro!

Re: Racing Seats

well after reading this i think i know how to put summit sport seats in my car, although i probably don't. but anyway i beleive that stephen is probably right in all of this not only because he uses proper grammar and punctuation but also because he can prove "with pictures" what he has done to his cars, all the while this 1badz28 person cannot even prove he s of legal driving age or that he even has a car at all, i do strongly believe he took a picture of of the internet or at a car show somewhere along the line and used it as his own. on a related note i am going to attempt to find these pictures and the cars real owner, i will also be checking your information Mr 1badz28 to see what if any of it really does check out. and to the mods who will almost certainly read this how about if i can bust his *** lying we ban him from the site? everyone for it agree by simply replying "I"

this still doesn't prove you know how to properly install a 3, 4, 5 or 6 point harness
