Speedometer problems

Speedometer problems

I did a 5 speed swap in my 86 z28 the 700r4 had a cable speedo and the t5 has electronic anything i can do to fix this? or does any company make a kit for it? thanks Dave

Remove the electronic VSS from the tail shaft of the trans and (using the correct gears) install the TH350 gear housing from the following link. Connect speedo cable.

not 100% but think u gotta get a speedo from a newer third gen thats got a electronic speedo and such and switch them out
