ttop headliner color
Got a nice black interior from a hardtop camaro and now I'm stuck with my red ttop headliner. Is there a way to make the red one black without buying a new one or ruining the red top? Ideas on painting or reupholstering will help a lot.

Re: ttop headliner color
you've got a couple options:
1. spray dye. should be found at almost any auto part store. cheap and easy, but may take some work to get a good even coat.
2. scrape and recover your old one . a bit more difficult, but should look better if you take your time. if you go this route, spare yourself future headaches and put down a layer of fiberglass cloth and resin. it will make the fiberboard much more water-resistant.

87white, I am looking for some red interior pieces. You have anything you want to get rid of?

you can go to a local fabric store and get black headliner material.
