Dash Pad Speaker Covers

Hey guys, couldn't find another post so I started a new one. I put new speakers all around in my 88 Camaro. Needless to say, I didnt do a whole lot of research and the speakers I got for the front were too deep to fit correctly on the drivers side. I messed with it for a little while and finally gave up and tried fitting the dash pad over it. When i did that i cracked the speaker grill on the pad and the tweeter stuck out about 1/4". So to make it even, i cut three of the sections out of both sides to make it match temporarily. Now my issue is finding something permanent. Anyone have this same problem? I was thinking a speaker grille but im not sure what size to use. Any other suggestions?

I would get some firebird grilles and see if you can fabricate a way to get them to work. Your pad is already messed up, so may as well have some fun with it!
