new steering wheel

new steering wheel

I am changing my steering wheel on my 89 irocz and there is an aluminum piece that has six arms curling in do i need a puller to remove this piece??

Yes, a puller will be needed, cheapest one will do!!

The piece should be steel, not aluminum!!
