when I received mine from stockinteriors.com, unlike with the carpet, the headliner did not have any clues as to the mfr.

I would not expect on-line retailers to openly discuss their suppliers.

If you can get one for around $170 then you're in the ballpark

I've heard that the ABS are made by a company called Acme Auto Headlining.

yea well who ever it is they SUCK I wish i bought a junkyard stock one and redid it with fiberglass and new material!! wasted almost 200 bucks!

so far I'm 6 months into the new one in a FLorida environment and not one single issue. The heat takes a toll on headliners here so the proof will be in the pudding 3-4 years from now. fit and finish were wonderful

I must fall on the side of "they don't suck"

i bought one from hawks and the fabric started sagging a few weeks after installing it. I heard they had a bad batch of them with bad glue. Hawks is sending a replacement one free of charge, so great customer service from them
