Making new door panels.

Whats a good material to use for the backing?

Is attaching them with velcro a bad idea?

Don't see why VELCRO should be a problem- the armrest will anchor them in the middle and the cap will hold it at the top. For the backing, MSD or thin marine plywood should work better than the stock cardboard! I mean, what could be worse than CARDBOARD??
