How do I Remove this thing
So I got myself a replacement steering column, now I'm trying to figure out what is holding the old one in...bolts are loose and I can't find my manual...anybody able to help? 89 firebird (auto). prolly some clamp that I have yet to see...but i r lost
Re: How do I Remove this thing
It has been awhile, so if I miss something hopefully someone will chime in.
There should be the 2 Bolts under the dash, 3 on the firewall (interior) and there is 1 out under the hood for the actual Steering Shaft. Then just give it a good yank.
