Better insulation?

Yesterday day it was 108, I can deal with the heat except the trans tunnel and floor above the cat get pretty damn hot and make the interior hot. If I use some dynamat or something close to it help not be so oven like

Re: Better insulation?

Something like the dynomat with the shiny surface should help keep the heat out some. I am wondering it it might be possible to put a heat sheild over the cat also.
