A pillar trim rattles

Both the trim pieces on the A pillars on my 84 TA rattle. Haven't taken them off yet to see if the flat attachement "posts" are broken or not. Do they just pull straight out of the plastic clips? Is there an effective way to stop these parts from rattling? If the clips are broken, where can I get some replacements? Thanks for your help!
