85 z28 door lock issues

I had the whole issue of my door locks not locking 100% so i decided to clean them up and lube them like all the other posts said to due. I was testing the locks when the motor stopped working almost like it was worn out and needed a break. It then worked again like 15 minutes later. not it has been a few hours and it still doesn't work again after i was messing around with it again. i did disconnect the motor and plugged it back in along with test the power to it. the power is getting to the motor. any suggestions

No problems with the switch? Are you positive that power is always leading to the motor? How old is this motor?

Motor is original. Got it to work for now. Took door panel off and it just started to work again. Gonna see how long it lasts

I THINK the door actuator is also riveted by the factory (as well as window motor) unless I am wrong about the door motor..
