This is my first post here. I owned an '86 IROC back in 86 , had to sell it in 87 to start a family. Anyway I'm finally an back in an IROC after 24 years. My question is this, is the leather wrapped steering wheel in an '86 thicker than in '89. Maybe it's just that my hands may have gotten bigger over the years.

There all the same diameter, (leather/leather, rubber/rubber).Maybe one was rewrapped.
