Autometer guage swap

Does anyone know if there is an adaptor from an Autometer speedometer to the factory speedo cable? Or should I just buy a new cable? Camaro is an 85 Iroc 5 speed with Covan dash insert and speedo is mechanical. Thanks, Scott

i assume you just installed the covans dash? i don't think there is an adapter, you need to buy the autometer cable.

Re: Autometer guage swap

for my autometer ultra lite2's i used a 1973 monte carlo cruise control to trans cable it screws in on both ends. only problem i see with it is it is alittle long. but i picked it up at autozone and they had it in stock. the monte has 2 cables one from the cluster to the cruise controll and a second from the cruise controll to the trans.
