My neighbor says.. "so don't drive with the tops off". Right, like that's gunna happen. Even with my tops down, just from having the windows open, the fabrics droops down. I know it's very common, but I still want to try and fix this.

On the driver's side, I could tell the kid who had this car before me tried to fix it a bit himself, that's why it's all ripped up, and there is BARELY enough fabric to even tuck in, whereas on the passenger side I can tuck in the fabric with a little to spare.

A friend of mine said, "just get super glue".. is it that easy? Or would that be an extreme amateur mistake?

All i see are red Xs, but if its the headliner.Gluing will only work for a short time.Replacement fabric has foam backing & will glue on much better.Or you can buy those ABS deals.

driving with the tops off hasnt affected my headliner at all. the first summer i owned the car i put the tops on maybe once.

but like 1le said, regluing the headliner will work for maybe a few weeks before it starts to sag again. you can get a roll of foam backed headliner material at the local auto supply store for not that much and a can of spray glue. you just gotta be carefull when removing the old material as to not crack the cardboard backer.

Also, don't forget that factory overhead consoles usually cover up most of the headliner on t-top cars, and can usually be had for around $50 if you don't mind them missing a flashlight.
