Looking For New Instrument Panel

Is there anyone who makes new instrument panels for third gens? The piece I am describing is the one that goes across the width of the car and holds the gauges and vents. Mine has cracked and is falling apart from years of use. This is not to be confused with the dashboard/dashpad. I have found a lot of used ones. However, I did not want to go through the effort to replace it unless I had a new one.

If I am reading the schematic correctly, the instrument panel is part # 14064453. Then is an assortment of screws, clips, bolts, and retainers.
