Fixed trunk siwtch, now no pull down

I took my center console apart to fix my trunk switch to find that the two connectors were not on. After I connected it up and put everything back together my pull down stopped working.

The release switch works, but when I close it the pull down down doesnt do anything.

Are there any ground wires or power wires in the center console that I might have disconnected, if so where? It seems like Ive searched everywhere.

Thanks for any help.

Mine did that and I had to trick the latch into thinking it was open. Kind of like the door strike on your car door. Then it would close.

I just said eff it, put everything back together, then I pushed the latch/hook down. Now it works.

The functioning of the hatch pull-down unit should have nothing to do with that solenoid hatch release switch. Completely different circuits.
