Not sure if this is the right place to ask this.. But I was taking my headlight switch out the other day and the black plastic piece broke, it screws into the front of the headlight switch and holds in to the dash. I checked autozones website for a headlight switch and it doesnt come with the plastic piece I need, where can I find this at?

 

Find some lunatic on here that spends way too much time crawling around in junk yards and collecting pieces like this and work out a deal to have him send you one. PM or email me your email address for pics or other info, Henry

 

the pieces are the same in 80's Impala and Caprice. Those are plentiful at the boneyard and the parts come out in about 2 minutes

 

i went to some junkyards and got 3 of them out of camaros. i got one metal/chrome one out of a caddy, its the same threads and itll work so if anyone wants a metal one they fit out of caddys

 

use the metal one from the caprice/impala/caddy vs the plastic from the maro

they last longer
