Removing trim to re-do my interior. Found this unplugged wire. Looks like an antenna wire if I guess. Any ideas?

It dont look factory to me but I could be wrong. Maybe a previous owner had an antenna or CB radio in the car. Just remove it or tuck it up in the headliner. Maybe you can find the other end somewhere under the dash

My plan is to replace the headliner, and re paint the a pillar trims as well as all trims. I figure I'll find where it goes eventually. I'm about to rip up and replace the carpets. Got new carpet on the way.

Probably a little late, but that would be the antenna end of a CB antenna cable... There's probably a mark on the roof where the antenna was mounted (magnetically, probably). The cable probably runs all the way under the dash, so it's going to want to stay there and fight it's way out.

Yeah it was a CB antenna wire. I traced it through the A pillar and kick plate to a speaker and grounding wire. The bad news is now I don't know where to install my new cup holder.
