White dash pad

Im gonna start redoing my interior and I started with the dash pad to get a feel of the color scheme I want. I'm going with a black and white interior. I painted the dash pad white but the paint I used was super reflective and I can see it in the windshield when I sit in the car. Is there a white paint I can use that won't reflect back into the windshield or is this a lost cause?

Re: White dash pad

NO!!!That's one of the reasons their black, and because of the shape of the windshield.Even the black has some reflection factor going on.

No matter what you do, you're gonna see it in the windshield.

I have to ask, if you're going with a black and white interior, why wouldn't you save yourself the hassle of painting the dash pad and leave it black?
