They are made exactly like the factory, but with a much stronger plastic. There shouldn't be any issues.

i have one! what about the plastic trim for the seat belt area on the ceiling and the headliner? i remember being told there isnt a replacement anywhere.

I think GM should have made the outer hole standoffs a bit taller so the screw wouldn't pull down on the plastic so hard and bust out the holes.
Then we wouldn't have the breakage issues. I put washers behind my NOS one so the screws wouldn't pull down so hard and bust the plastic.
