thank you but hawks wasn't it and they don't have one either, on the one im looking for's home page it shows a couple of camaros or firebirds they have that they are selling the parts from, they also only deal in 3rd gen stuff if that sparks a memory for you or anyone rading this

Thank you, I did, it took me awhile to come up with his email address, but I accomplished it, hope he has one, when i get one i will delete this thread so i don't clutter up the site, i have sent about 10 or so emails to various places asking for one of these, I don't really want to pay 80 or more dollars for a complete cluster when I only need the lens, not that im cheap but i don't like to buy things i don't need,Timmy

You need to watch what your buying when you buy a cluster.Changing the odometer is a crime in most states(unless it is documented).I would just stick with the lens!!!

 

Thank you very much, for the email address, and i won't be changing the odometer it's not what im trying to fix(although since mine only works when it wants to and there is no possible way to find out the true mileage of my car which right now is only showing 50K that i am positive is wrong) and although it may be illegal, in my state after a certain amount of time when a title is replaced the mileage is not put on the titles and they say exempt, not to worried about being popped for that. but like i said its not what im trying to do i just want to put in a clear lens i can see through I would not want to decieve someone by saying it has lower miles than it does, as im sure my car has over 100K on it Timmy

I have a spare (90-92) 145 cluster and a separate spare lens for sale... PM me if interested

 

Idk if the newer thirdgens have a different lenses than the old ones, but if it's anything like mine you should be able to make one out of plexi-glass no problem

 

the 91 and 92 and possibly the 90 are different than the 89 and below it is not really possible to make one out of plexiglass but thank you for the suggestion I did score one off ebay, and will delete this thread when it arrives and 1bad91Z I did PM you,, Timmy
