What seats are these
Hello.
I purchased these seats for my 1983 T/A a couple years ago. They came out of another 83 T/A that was being parted out. The only issue is the bolster on the drivers side. The rear seats look like they have never even been set in.
Question is what seats are they. Rare? Worth anything? I was thinking about selling yhem so I can recover my origional seats.
Thank you!

LS conteur seats. Trans ams got both drivers and passenger seats with adjustments while camaros only got the drivers side. If those were covered with camaro, camaro, camaro all over them then they would look more familiar.
As for value, they are worth probably 100-200 depending on who you sell them to and if they know what they are. Otherwise most people would have a hard time spending more than 50. I know of a set that sat around for a long time in the classifieds on here years ago that was for sale for 50.

Early TA duel LSC seats are quite rare,..... & IIRC that particular "Pleather" style was very hard to come by; But rare doen't always mean valuable. Becasue they are LSC seats they will fetch a premium compared to standard seats in the same condition. CONDITION means EVERYTHING when deturmining somethings worth !

Yup, I think I'm the one that bought them.
They were cloth, pass is in good shape, drivers same as these. I put some covers on them and used them for 2 summers, but the foam is a bit worn out.
I think they are great seats, going to have them redone in ultra leather or similar.
I prob would have paid a little more for them, I can usually get reg trans am seats in similar condition for $50, but any seat that needs recovering is only worth so much. If you can hold out for someone who really needs that seat you might get up to $150 or so. I believe that seat was 85 only in firebirds yes guys?

I decided not to use the lsc seats. If anyone is interested in them let me know. I have the rear seats also that look like they have never even been sat in.
