Help with broken trim panel

Help with broken trim panel

My door panels were in very bad shape i removed the cleaned them and painted them black with fabric vinyl paint now they look awesome but theres an issue the trim panel that is attached via metal speed nuts that are screwed onto plastic nibs molded to the inside of the plastic trim plates are broken all of them! the trim panel is in good condition except for that what can i do to fix this? here are the pics so you can see.

What I would try is grind it flat and epoxy some bolts to the back. You could then use nuts and washers to hold it to your panel.

I think you should find a good set with the studs intact. It is tough to get a good bond to plastic.

You can get brand new replacements from 1A,they come with the window sweeps also!!

i have used a hot glue gun with good results on the same problem . good luck ...
