Your best bet is to buy a parts car, or go to a junkyard. Black interior pieces are usually the hardest to find and the most expensive because everyone wants to change their interior to black, and very few black interior cars were made from the factory. And of course, none of these parts are currently being made.
$350 is a relatively good price for a full weatherstripping kit for a t-top car. Just make sure it's not the OER brand, I heard they suck. Apparently even the cheaper Metra brand is better.

if yours are in good shape just take them out and paint them? 0.o no need to spend 350 on new plastics when you could spend 50 on paint and have them

Here's the thread on dyeing if you want to go that route https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/inte...ic-carpet.html
Be warned though, I've seen more cars ruined by poorly done interior color change jobs (almost always to black) than any other kind of "attempted restoration" projects. As in when it comes to the "junk it or restore it" question, an improperly color changed interior will always push me to the "junk it" response. You can't really go back once it's done, so read the thread and DO IT RIGHT if you're going to do it. From what I hear, 95% of a good end result is in the prep.

Luis did a color change on his interior to black in this thread. It came out great.

As long as your panels aren't faded, you should be okay. If they show any signs of chalkiness and fading, you will have to replace them.
Just read up on how to do it and use the right products. You can't go wrong with SEM paint. Clean the panels well with a strong degreaser and then use an adhesion promoter.
I did not do a color change in my car, but I had paint special mixed to the original charcoal color and you can never tell that it was painted.
